He completed his dentistry education at Istanbul University in 1992 and his Doctorate of Orthodontics at Marmara University in 1999. Between 2001 and 2008, he worked as a lecturer in the same department. He worked as the Head of Orthodontics Department at Dentistanbul Dental Hospital between 2010-2014. He became associate professor in 2009 and professor in 2014. Since 2014, he has established the Department of Orthodontics, Faculty of Dentistry at Istanbul Okan University and is carrying out its presidency.
